WebAfrica.... A TRAP.

Honestly no issues experienced at all, UNTIL..... I canceled my account in Jan 2022 due moving which included WiFi. Cancelation was processed in Jan 2022 and a debit order of R3500+ has been taken off my account. I have contacted WebAfrica with proof on 4+ occasions, telephonically, via email aswell as WhatsApp Helpline and still NOBODY can give me an answer. But I got told someone will call me on 2 weeks regarding the issue....
