Webafrica - A stone age ISP where speed means the opposite.

What an absolute joke of an ISP. To be fair, when it works it works, but when you need support - you might as well go and hang yourself. I waited over an hour for the WhatsApp support to be answered, because they don't have a call in line for support, only sales. So they will talk to you when they want your business and when they have it, you will wait to be attended to until you are blue in the face. I logged my issue and the lady assisting me told me it would take 24 - 72 hours for the fault to then be logged by their faults team with Vumatel.

While I still had them on the line, I was able to contact Vumatel directly and log my own ticket becuase they couldn't give me a fault ref to follow up. Absolute incompetence on a scale I have never experienced from a provider to who sells speed. They provide the polar opposite of speed when you need their help.

I'm disgusted by how difficult it is to engage with an ISP who literally holds my livelihood in their hands. I would rather pay more for efficiency and reliability than to continue doddering along with this stone age ISP. Appalling service from them, they will be leaking subscribers faster than they can resolve the issues they log at this rate.
