WEBAFRICA - A PURE WASTE OF TIME - USELESS SERVICE PROVIDER

This Company is the ABSOLUTE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Their Operators are unhelpful; time wasters and cannot resolve any problems. I have attempted for more than 3 weeks to get activated without any succeess. All that was done - I had to keep repeating my problems and frustration to a new operator each time - with the same outcome - they just time out the chat and you do not hear from them again. You cannot get anyone on the telephone or e-mail - as they do not exist and refuse to supply you with the information. Now following my cancellation of their service - they keep trying to Debit my account and refuse to give me a refund for the costs incuured and service purchased but never received. WHATEVER YOU DO - STAY VERY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY FOR ANY INTERNET NEEDS YOU MAY HAVE - THIS IS JUST PURE HELL TRYING TO DEAL WITH *********** AND USELESS OPERATORS AND WILLIE-THE-bOT
