Webafrica- A nightmare

I have to share my unfortunate experience that I'm having with Webafrica. I have tried canceling a fibre line, Webafrica makes it impossible to manage this process with an endless battle to perform what seems to be a simple task. No body takes responsibility with the end user being stuck in the dark, enslaved to a system that seems to be designed to only benefit themselves.

I'm sorry to say that Webafrica and the supervisors are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Please take your business anywhere elsewhere, don't deal with them!
