Webafrica a massive failure and no go

Webafrica has the baddest customer service you can get. I have been complaining for the past 3 days about them pulling off from my account and my service has not been active for more then 60days. Last month I made sure I didn't have money in my account for th to deduct and they never got paid and as per their policy if you do not pay within 30days this is a automatic cancelation yet they deducted this month. I have been trying to get a refund I have chatted to several agents yet none of them makes it a matter of urgency. The one consultant put me to another kne after me already waiting 3 hours for them to respond over WhatsApp as they dont have a contact number for these matter. They are the most ridiculous service provider I ever came in contact with and will sue them if this is not resolved.
