Webafrica... a joke of a business... dont use their service

So they have disconnected me for none payment...their equipment is disconnected and still no call from them. I have signed up for 100Mbps. My average is 50Mbps. My 3g vodacom is three times faster. Want me to communicate on a whatapp platform. Never did they mention that I will be communicating with via Whatsapp. I would never have taken the service if this detail was mentioned in the beginning... I am at a wits end... going to go to their office in Woodstock as a last resort. I want to speak to a person with my issues not a f@#$%n machine.
