Webafrica a DISGRACE!!!!!!!

Webafrica is the disgrace of Fibre. The consultants are useless and unprofessional. We have had countless issues with Webafrica. We are more without internet or slow internet than having internet. Having to work and homeschool, Webafrica surly cost you more money than you should spend on Fibre. We complain about an issue and all of a sudden you as the costumer have to be the IT. It's so frustrating. They quick to take the money out of your account but let you have an issue and have to pay for additional Data (not from Webafrica )then they have the world's excuses when you ask for a refund for the days without internet.
