webafrica a disgrace

i have just started with Webafrica and already there service is appalling, its a disgrace. you cannot get through to them or ever be able to talk to someone. they keep sending you an automated link which is disgusting. can someone get them to assist their customers properly. i would give them less than 1 as a rating. customers keep you going how can you treat us customers like this.
