WebAfrica is nothing but a ****!

I moved houses 2 months ago, and they are still debiting my bank account. I paid the notice month as well and owe them nothing further. The only means they have to cancel a service is through their WhatsApp number, where as soon as you state that you wish to cancel, you're sent from one rude representative to another. Nobody wants to work there and they only want to continue ****ming people out of their money.

I've had a terrible experience with them, terrible customer service, awful customer care on WhatsApp and their dashboard, they leave you hanging on for hours. Everyday is literally the same thing

Don't use them as an ISP!
