WEBAFRICA A BUNCH OF ****** OUT THERE ONLY FOR YOUR MONEY!!!

Webafrica is the worst isp provider you can go with. All they want is your money and constantly take you from 1 useless consultant to the next and you constantly have to explain your story to every new consultant you are taken to.

They claim I owe them money where as my service is from month to month so if I don’t pay on the new month my services get cut off and cancelled, so how do I owe them money? They have also claimed that on certain months I haven’t paid them and I’ve shown them emails from their payfast payment option that I have paid for said dates that they claim I haven’t paid them you are suddenly transferred to another consultant on their useless WhatsApp chat so you need to start again explaining your issue.

They have double charged me on a couple of months and make an excuse that their system was updating and say I must ignore it, what an appalling service.

All I want now is my refund for the services I paid for in October and for them to permanently cancel this subscription with me and take their router out my house and il go with a better isp provider that has better client service as there are plenty out there.

They know very well that I paid for October but my services were not active and I’ve been calling them for the past 2 weeks trying to get my services activated again to no avail and they had the audacity to try and debit my account for November, a bunch of ******!
