Webafrica . A BIG NO , NO , NO KEEP AWAY

I app**** for a fiber connection as we got fiber in my area. So Webafrica a proofed me with a pre order connection and took my money out my account thou they never installed my fiber connection. They said my area must go live first then they can install but could not say when that will happen. So I cancelled my pre order with them and was notify that my refund will be paid with in 2 weeks that did not happened. That was in January 2022 and still have not receive a refund after several attempts on there so called customer care WhatsApp system . There is no one to talk to directly only there WhatsApp service that every one promise to help and that is were your queries and complaints stop. No feed back of any kind what so ever. they could not provide me with a service but was quick to take my money, and now refuse to refund me. Well that is my impression sins they do not get back to you at all. Please help. To me it is THEFT for taking someone money and don't give them any service or what so ever.
