WEBAFRICA - a bad Customer experience

Webafrica has offered me the worst customer experience ever. I asked for internet start September 2023. a Fibre box is installed with no router, but the pro rata charges kicks in at R183.00 for internet usage (with no router) Then a suspension fee kicks in for R183.00 and a Credit note for half that is processed and now I have a suspended account for not paying my October 2023 bill? it is beyond ridiculous. AVOID AVOID AVOID WEBAFRICA at all cost
