I upgraded my line to 50/100 MBPS on the 23rd of December 2024,it was upgraded on the 25 December 2024, My line was then canceled, by i don't know who on the 10 January and i made contact with webafrica since the 12 January 2025.all they can say is they awaiting feedback regarding this matter, bare in mind that i lost money, because i work from home. Today is the 17th January and they still can't get my line active... All the agents just say they waiting on feedback, meanwhile i suffer a loss
