These people make decisions for their customers and when their customers complain they make agreements in terms of that complaint and then renege on their agreement and then they continuously attempt to extract a debit order on funds they are not entitled to and raise an additional R50.00 fee with each debit order being denied. They then expect people to pay for the return of equipment at the customers costs and threaten the customer with being billed for that equipment. They send their SMS messages at midnight to my telephone number and do not have access to contacting them other than WhatsApp that results in a person sitting at the computer from 06h57 to well after 16h00.
