Webafrica

Webafrica are a bunch of ******. I pay my WiFi on the 15th of every month this morning my wifi goes off the one consultant tells me about prorata and then ends the chat ...Now the other consultant tells me there is a funds due to me that webafrica owes me but needs to be allocated and that they going to deduct tomorrow. Make it make sense of they owe me why is my wifi off and why are still deducting?

We can see why this feels confusing, especially when you’re being told there’s a credit due to you while your service is offline. That’s not a great experience, and we’d like to help make this clearer. 
With Vuma Reach, billing and refunds are managed through an automated system that allocates payments and credits per billing cycle. The benefit of this setup is that it keeps billing consistent and transparent, ensuring each month is accounted for correctly, avoiding manual errors, and making sure your service stays aligned with the network provider’s billing structure. 
Because of this, any refund or credit on the account isn’t automatically offset against upcoming payments. Instead, it is processed and allocated within the system first, which can sometimes overlap with your normal monthly billing date. This is why you may still see a scheduled deduction, even if a credit is due on your profile. 
Your connection going offline would typically be linked to the account not being fully up to date at that moment in the billing cycle, even if a credit is pending allocation.
