I joined webafrica the first instalment was billed incorrectly , they rectified it. I cancelled my services because when you call thier contact centre it takes 1 hour to get through to a consultant and then they refer back to WhatsApp. I returned my rooter because I cancelled my subscription and now I’m being threatened that my account will be handed over yet the money I’m owing now is different from when I cancelled my subscriptions what a poor service. The amount to debit and dates changes all the time 😒
