Webafrica

2 years ago, i got fibre in my previous apartment and the service provider was Webafrica, i told them in a few months i will be moving to a new apartment and shouwhat i should do. They told me they will relocate me, i just need to move with the router and they will come to my new place. This was fine by me, and i did exactly that. it took them 3 months to get me connected, because they were claiming that i owe them. They dont have any number to contact, its only them who can call you, they only have an WhatsApp number that is not user friendly at all, because when you have a problem you get transfered to different agents, and have to start you story from scratch each time. Eventually the connected me after 3 months and all was fine.

This year in February i informed them that i am again moving apartmenets and it will be end of May, so they must cancel my current address on the 31st of May and intall at my new place on the 1st of June. i gave them all the details they needed for the new place nd everything was confirmed. In May i tried to get hold of them just to remind them of our deal, as usual it was in vain as they kept transfering me from one agent to another. 1st of June came and i didnt have connection, they had the nerve to deduct on my account for June, because the bill in advance. I tried to get hold of them again, no one was able to assist, they are very *********** and have a poor administration. I kept receiving e mails that my connection is suspended due to non payment. i responded to explain the same thing i had been saying on their whatsapp, but they still sent the e mail. eventually on the 18th of June i received an e mail from them saying my account has been cancelled. what suprises me is that the person who moved in at my new place is unable to get wifi because they say its still under my name, i contacted them and sent all the proof that i told them to cancel in February. even now i am still getting e mails from them that i owe them.
