This company doesn't even deserve the 1 star. They owe me R249 for months. No one can answer. They sent a courier to fetch their router, months later they send me an invoice for the router. No communication between departments. There is absolutely no one to speak to. Their whatsapp chat is totally useless. Customer service is really disgusting.
