For 3 months we are struggling with our internet and every time they tell us they will sent someone And no one cames out. When u call they put the phone down in your ear. Tell u the whole that they cant find a problem on there side they will log a fault but then we receive an email saying it have been resolved even tho it haven't been solved I am so sick and tired of complaining and treating then i don't know what to do anymore i pay almost R500 for fibre every month but can't enjoy it
