Very bad service, and issue was logged a month ago with WebAfrica and yet the matter is still not solved, everyone is excited to transfer you to another department and no matter how many times they transfer your call, still none of the agents is actually able to assist with resolving the matter at hand.

I'm requested to make payment and yet my line was Never activated.
