If there is any worse service from one company, it should be this one. Webafrica and Vuma have got the worse service ever. worse part is that their people will transfer you to one person to another. my wifi only worked for 1 day. the next month when I paid they said I should contact Vuma, Vuma says no they are the one who should help me. I had these 2 companies both on the line whereby they were arguing about who should help me.... that time I have paid. I wish I was closer to Cape town, I was going to pull those wire and go and throw them at the reception. they don't even have a direct number... I am so mad right now.. I hope people get to know what kind of ******** you guys are. when you were calling for sale, you have your consultants calling us so much but for service you are so silent.
