I paid full subscription on the 15th of march then another 150 at end of the month now they are trying to debity account again. When I signed up it said R19 for the first month then they took the full R399 instead of the 19 as stipulated on the website I queried and was advised it was not updated I left it at that now I must pay another R399 ****** I'm telling you. I will cancel my service and I will also spread the word that people should not sign up with webafrica they are the worst service providers where fibre is concerned so ****en annoyed.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
