I have signed up for fibre on behalf of an elderly friend. After two months there is still no fibre in his home. Super poor communication. I have waited more than 24 hours for the whattsapp agent to reply. The line is active but we have not received any routers. I would not recommend this company at all. Worst service I have ever experienced
