Agents have no control and asking for management names is apparently information not allowed to be shared?

They add fees and there is no way to get hold of anyone in the billing department.

Nothing but pure struggle Hours and hours of chasing None existent service Lack of respect for customer and thier money None existent agents with zero ability to do anything if you graced to get hold of them!

Be warned! Stay away! Pay double if you have to!! These guys are scary and will cause nothing but stress!!
