Every night from 7pm to 10pm the service goes to as low as 1.2 mbp and We are paying for 20mpb/10mpb. Pathetic service and requested cancelation now yet we have to wait another 28 days of pathic service to give permission to allow us to get another service provider.... Monopoly why can it not be what we paid for...
