My debit order went off on the 1st Feb I added Showmax to my account on the 31 Jan but can only get the login details when the debit order reflects on there side. Until today the debit order is not reflecting 6 Feb i paid for a full month of Showmax, and nobody can assist. If I was told to make a direct payment for the first time I would have done that I have spoken to Web Africa every day now since last week but nobody can help.
