WEBAFRICA -5 Debit orders in 2 months!!! Nobody taking accountability!

We, amongst many other's that bank with Capitec have had 5 debit orders within the span of 2 months. The references are all WEBAFRICA but WEBAFRICA takes no accountability and blames the bank. We have already consulted with our bank and they have advised that they have not taken the funds and would never take unauthorized funds. We are being told it was "older successful debits" yet none of us had any sign from the bank that there was money being held for WEBAFRICA. I smell a *****ulent rat within one of the two! We want our money back!
