Be aware of false cancellation policy which states a 30 day notice but in effect one is charged for 60 days irrespective of the 30 day notice period and return of modem within the 30 day period. Therefore no service provided after 30 days notice yet they charge for another full month. Communication via the WhatsApp chat is ridiculous and pathetic, impossible to contact them telephonically and system does not allow response to their emails. So basically they are charging an extra month for zero service and zero communication.
