WebAfrica - 40% rates increase in less than 16 months

Since May 2020 my bill has increased by 40% (from R 499, to R599 and now at the end of August 2021 to R 699. The excuse, they cancelled the 8/2 package and now only have the 20/10 package available. Inaddition, I was never informed of the increase and they simply cut my access, stating I had an arrears amount or R 122 (R22 penalty for falling in arrears). To make it worse, I checked and it seems like all networks have done the same. The lower priced packages are also only available in certain areas. In addition, the line is not performing like an uncapped unshaped line anymore. That was what we originally subscribed to. However, between 5pm and 6pm the signal is weak and unstable. This is shocking.
