Hi I have a signal problem since my rooter was instold,every time you want to make contac with webafrica you must talk on watsapp to them and they want to solf the problem over watsapp.So i asked for them to send a teqnision to my place and see what the problem is but since now no teqnicion,i ask for a managers call back and it never happen.My problem is when we want to conect on the wifi it keep throwing uor phones of and we must reconnec,some times up to 3/4 times and we cant even pick up the signal in the flat that is about 30 meters from us.Every time that i connect with webafrica on there watsapp you have a new person that you chat to and it takes about 10 minites to explain every thing again to them and then they try to fix it over watsapp telling you what to do and even surch on google for your rooter.The day when i recieve my rooter a lady teqnision phoned me and tell me to plug it in and give her the cerial number over the phone so she can activate it for me,i think this is really poor service and they cant send a teqnicion to come and solve my problem but i must pay for that poor service This is going on for about 2 weeks now and every day im on whatsapp talking to a new person at webafrica,what poor service
