I am not happy at all,this has my second review and I still got my connection cut after an Agent said it won't be and the matter has been escalated,this would be the third payment I make in a month worse 2 weeks. I want to cancel my subscription but they are giving me the run around all this and it hasn't even been a month since I installed with Open Serve
