Webafrica

Webafrica is useless you can't contact them you must speak to a bot and then to an agent on whatsapp if you are battling with an installation they just tell you it has been escalated but nothing gets done. I am currently waiting 5 weeks for an installation, the installation was finally booked for today at 13h00, but then they never showed when I contacted the guy who made the appointment he told me the installation was cancelled by webafrica. I asked numerous times for a manager to contact me but nothing happened. I cancelled all my services with them today.
