My internet has been down since Friday. Been on their whatsapp chat the whole of Friday trying to sort. Eventually the agent logged a fault & they wer supposed to get back to me. This morn I started a chat again. Finally after 2hrs waiting an agent came on the chat. Then they said "pls hold while I'm checking" 20 mins later I sent hello & the agent said still checking. Then 15min later willie the bot said "seems like there's no communication between u & the live chat. Ur session is over" And then they wnt me to start all over again.
