They do no deserve a star. They advised by email that sim card would be activated in 48 hours. After 103 hours still not activated. Most difficult to make contact with support.Takes up to 30 minutes if you are fortunate enough. Then they come with a total false excuse that it takes 48 business hours. This was never brought to my knowledge until I confronted about my frustrations with there poor service. I cannot recommend them to anybody unless it is a person that enjoys being frustrated.
