Worst ISP in south africa by far. I have been a month without internet and still paying for a service. It's impossible to speak to a manager. Nobody at webafrica and open serve seems to have a clue. I just keep beeing transfered between operations and tech support. I'm so frustrated with them, i wouldn't recommend ANYONE use webafrica. They are the worst ISP in the hole country. I will have to take them to my lawyers as they steeling my money and if you want to cancel you need to give a months notice, once again steeling more money and not providing a service!!!!!
