Webafrica - 2 months no action!!

Fibre line disconnected on 6 October 2021 for no apparent reason. Query still not resolved 2 months later. Expecting ne line application and reconnection without feedback on initial disconnection reason. Online work, examinations etc affected and impacted by this. Totally unacceptable!!! This is the way to loose business in an economy that needs every business opportunity available!!!
