I took out a contract with webafrica last month and payment was made immediately there was a problem with our additional with we later sorted out from then it was just down hill with them cos they had opened two tickets on our address which was later cancelled with vuma so we now our lines are blocked and nothing is been done we call them and get no help we on the phone everyday we vet hours too get too talk too someone they don’t retire calls we can’t take a new contract even thought we cancelled and they even have not returned our money or sorted out our issue I am so disgusted with the service I have never had such bad service in my life and I will not recommend them too anyone
