Webafrica ****

I took 25/25mbps for R539.00 a fiber deal with webafrica 3 years ago, it was a 24 months contract, out of nowhere they charging more than the amount I signed for, from R539 to R600 plus and now I'm paying R739.00 for the same speed. And I checked their deals and I asked to be moved to a new deal which is 75/75mbps which costs R749.00 and they failed to give me that so I shopped for another ISP and I want to cancel the service with Webafrica and they are giving me a run around, they don't respond to my emails and live chat, i tried to calling no response. I sent an email 27 November no response, yesterday "4 December" I did chat with Celine and she said she processed the cancelation and she will send me proof of cancelation via email and nothing, on the text she told me they going to charge R999.00 for cancelation and I don't understand why because my contract expired 2 years ago. Please assist, they gave me a reference number #880706.
