Webafrica - 0 Systems, 0 customer service, 0 accountability.

I cancelled my account with Webafrica in February 2025. Returned my Router and thought all was well.

Today I receive an email stating that they are going to hand me over to legal department which will affect my credit score.

1. The extremely long time lines inbetween cancelling and handing in my router versus when their inadequate systems picked up on this is atrocrious. 2. The fact that it didn't register with them that the Router has been handed in makes absolutely no sense as I signed for it at their warehouse. Which I'm 100% sure they won't have any record of. 3. It is impossible to make contact with them seeing as they can through their weight around at a moments notice but has 0 feedback or a person to speak to. BUT IF YOU PHONE FOR SALES they have a dedicated line for that.

It is utterly unacceptable this level of client service that they give.
