Webafria - Poor service

They are not even worth 1 * - They had a system glitch when I placed my order. Took 4 payments and only refunded (on my account) two instead of 3. The agent is incapable of reading a statement or understanding that 1 payment is not reflecting on the statement after proof of payment was sent.
