Webafri-can't!

They have the WORST customer service ever! They never respond to any of my queries, they ignore emails and hit you with their favourite line: "we're investigating and we'll call you back." When they don't want to help at all, they just cancel all your services with queries, without your consent and tell you to sign up for a new product in the meantime.

Salathiwe Posa was the last person who assisted me and was so rude and arrogant. He really didn't care and was just so adamant about get his point across and not trying to understand what was going on. He influenced my final decision to cancel and distance myself from anything that involves Webafrica. So disappointed. Never again.
