Webaffrica support is non existing.

This is the WORST ISP Provider I have ever come across. I have logged support calls with them 10 days ago and the only communication I received is: Sorry we have not come back to you. is it resolved?

This morning internet is down again. 30 min from my cell phone to their support line and its just a song playing.

I also use AFRIHOST for other services and they are AMAZING. If you need a good solid ISP do not use WEBAFRICA.
