web web cannot deliver service and speeds you pay for but are quick to take your money

I upgraded to a 200mbps upload 200mbps download package in late may 2024 ..the internet was slow so I have done speed tests of my own and speed tests with the m web consultants o the whatsapp service ...the speeds are no where near 200mbps they are on average 50mbps or lower ..i have paid R950 per month since june and pro rata for may ..webafrica refuse to give me a refund they have tried to fix the fault 3 or 4 times now with no success ..if i try downgrade on the portal from 200mbps to 50 mbps i will have to pay a R950 penalty ...mweb are ******* dont deal with them ..their service and customer relations is non-existant ...they keep logging a fault they dont even attend to the fault but carry on takeing my money for a speed they cannot provide ..never deal with m web ...im cancelling at month end useless company
