They stole money out my account after I cancelled - said they will pay it back and now sent a new invoice with another ficticious billing - they are ******* do not ever take up a contract with them

22 Nov 2019, 10:05unfortunately the new billing is for router that, as per the terms and conditions you need to send back with the original packaging which i don't have as the installer took the packaging with after installing. remember the fine print people they do not remind you when you cancell that the router must be returned within 20 days with original packaging at your cost. read the contract very carefully because they have protected themselves to the extent that it is almost impossible to stop them billing your account at will.
