Web 'shrug - not my problem' Africa

Been struggling to get hold of any decent support at webafrica. Call in - get told average wait time is aprox 40 minutes - rather use whatsapp where the average wait time is 'approx. 6 minutes'.

Well lets just say in the past 4 days, of my 8 attempts to reach an agent over whatsapp: 5 we cancelled by Willie-the-bot after approx. 70 minutes and no agent ever backs to me, the other 3 averaged approx. 55 minutes before anyone attempted to help and in almost every attempt promptly said somehting along the lines of "we cant do anything to help you"

Once call was logged with the CCT and should have a 48 hour response. and still we wait 56 hours in.

This IS NOT my problem, somewhere on something you or octotel manage which i pay you for has the problem - If I reboot my router enough times I receive an IP that WebAfrica / Octotel know how to route and it works.
