Web of lies Africa

Initially it was stable, I paid for 200/200 and hardly ever do I get more than 50/50. Their WhatsApp "service" is atrocious, it takes anywhere between 20 minutes and over 4 hours to resolve slow speeds. I am assuming their WhatsApp agents are dealing with multiple customers at once extending a relatively quick fix by hours on most occasions. As a business owner that is more often on customer sites, it challenging to make chunks of time available to wait behind the computer and router going through the weekly process of getting the service I am paying for. I would only recommend them to my competitors.
