Web of excuses
<p>I took their super fast fibre package that the sales team sold so well on a 20 download 10 upload only to find the speed to be just under 10 download and just under 5 upload. After many online "tickets opened and many "so sorry relpys I've had to downgrade to 10/5 as they promised to resolve but nothing changed. Disgraceful false delivery product promises with no feedback. Will have to start searching for alternative .</p>
