Web-disaster!!!

Again this company had the worst service and their Internet connectivity is the worst I have ever come across!!! They quick to debit your account for their monthly installments but when it comes to using the Internet.. It buffers more than what you cab actually watch or view something properly!!! And of course when you need to speak with one of their agents via the live chat facility, it takes eons before you ACTUALLY GET THROUGH TO A PERSON AND NOT A BOT!!
