Web Agrica not responding on their help line

I’m trying to stream tv. Tried Netflix and Showmax. Both show the rotating circle. I’ve rebooted our router and the Apple TV device. Speedtest shows the internet is unstable. Can’t get hold of web Agrica support. Am ANGRY!!!
