Web Africa's terrible service

My experience... Has been terrible this year, I've opened multiple support tickets for slow internet speeds with little to no help from the support agents, I reported my problem about 3 weeks ago multiple times with no effort to resolve my problems. I'd highly recommend choosing a different internet company. It's always a hassle trying to sort out problems.

I'm paying for a 400/400mbps but I'm only getting about 80mbps.
